An internet connection is required to download Rejoyn on your smartphone. Rejoyn is available for download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The app can be found by searching for ‘Rejoyn’.
When you open the Rejoyn app for the first time, you will need to enter an access code.
With your permission, your doctor or therapist will request your access code for you. You will then receive your access code, which may be sent via email or given to you directly by your doctor or therapist.
- Enter your access code into the app and set a password that is at least eight characters long and includes at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. This access code confirms that Rejoyn was recommended to you
- Verify your email address to activate your account; you can use this email address to reset your Rejoyn password if you forget it
- Verify your mobile phone number to receive text message reminders from Rejoyn’s text messages
After your email address and mobile phone number are verified, you can begin your treatment. These three verification steps are a one-time process. You will not need to do this again.
