A new approach in a changing world
Rejoyn is an easy-to-use smartphone app developed to support people with depression. Rejoyn can be used alongside your usual treatment to help reduce your symptoms of depressive disorder.
How does Rejoyn work?
Like physiotherapy for your brain
Over the course of 6 weeks, Rejoyn treats depression symptoms with clinically tested brain exercises and short, skills-based therapeutic lessons.
Information on the intended use of Rejoyn and how to report side effects can be found at the bottom of this page.

Brain exercises
3X PER WEEK
APPROXIMATELY 15-30 minutes each
- The brain exercises in Rejoyn involve identifying and remembering emotions on a series of faces
- These exercises are designed to strengthen the connections between the feeling and thinking parts of the brain, improving how they work together to process emotions, which may help to reduce your symptoms
- Repetition of these exercises is important to help strengthen these connections
- The exercises may feel difficult at times, but that is normal. It's not about speed or accuracy
- The exercises are designed to keep your brain challenged and engaged, so just try your best with each task

Therapeutic lessons
3X PER WEEK
APPROXIMATELY 5 minutes each
- Therapeutic lessons teach you skills that can help with managing depression symptoms, including handling strong emotions, reframing negative thinking and taking positive actions
- After the 6 weeks are complete, you'll be able to access the therapeutic lessons for an additional 4 weeks

Text messages and in-app notifications
- Optional in-app reminders encourage you to complete exercises and help to reinforce learnings from the therapeutic lessons
- Building a routine may help to make it easier to stay on top of treatment
